WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 -- Foreign-Trade Zones Board has issued a notice called: Reissuance of the Grant of Authority for Subzone 165A; Phillips 66 Company; Borger, Texas.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 22 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance Alternate Chairman, Foreign-Trade Zones Board.
