WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Request To Renew an Approved Information Collection: (Public Health Information System).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 17 by Justin Ransom, Administrator.
Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, FSIS is announcing its intention to renew the approved information collection regarding its Public Health Information System (PHIS). The approval for this information collection will expire on November 30, 2026. FSIS is making no changes to the information collection.
