WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Food and Nutrition Service has issued a rule called: Updated Staple Food Stocking Standards for Retailers in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 8 by Stephen Vaden, Deputy Secretary, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
