WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Food and Nutrition Administration has issued a notice called: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: State of Nebraska SNAP Demonstration Project.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 2 by Shiela Corley, Acting Administrator, Food and Nutrition Administration, USDA.
Summary: This notice invites the public to comment on the State of Nebraska's proposed demonstration project under section 17(b) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008. The Food and Nutrition Administration (FNA) will take appropriate action as necessary in response to comments, including authorizing or refusing to authorize the proposed project.
