WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a rule called: New Animal Drugs; Approval of New Animal Drug Applications; Withdrawal of Approval of New Animal Drug Applications; Change of Sponsor; Change of Sponsor Address; Correction.
