WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Proposal To Remove the Color Additive Listing for Use of Orange B on Casings or Surfaces of Frankfurters and Sausages.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 17 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.
