WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Filing of Color Additive Petition From the International Association of Color Manufacturers; Request To Amend the Color Additive Regulations To Remove the Solvents Methylene Chloride, Trichloroethylene, and Ethylene Dichloride.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 1 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.
