WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for Office of Management and Budget Review; Comment Request; Medical Devices; Humanitarian Use Devices.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 9 by Lowell M. Zeta, Acting, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.
