WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Biological Products: Reporting of Biological Product Deviations and Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Product Deviations in Manufacturing.
