WASHINGTON, D.C.- U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.) today joined several of her colleagues to celebrate the U.S. House of Representatives passing theLindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026. The legislation was passed by a 262-159 vote and will now head to President Trump's desk where it is expected to be signed into law. Senator Britt played a key role in the successful passage of the legislation, including in the Senate where it passed overwhelmingly by a vote of 86-11 on August 7, 2026.
