FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING THE DEFINITION OF "HARM" UNDER THE ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT

WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Rescinding the Definition of "Harm" Under the Endangered Species Act.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 14 by Kevin Lilly, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks.
