WASHINGTON, Aug. 31 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Process for Authorizing Seasonal Migratory Game Bird Hunting.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 31 by Kevin Lilly, Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks.
Summary: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service or we) is changing the administrative process for authorizing seasonal migratory game bird hunting in the United States.
