WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of Roanoke Logperch From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by Justin J. Shirley, Principal Deputy Director, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Summary: We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), are removing the Roanoke logperch ( Percina rex), a freshwater fish in the perch family (Percidae), from the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife.
