WASHINGTON, June 8 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for Southern Hognose Snake.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 8 by Brian R. Nesvik, Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
