WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for the Blue Tree Monitor.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 16 by Madonna Baucum, Regulations and Policy Chief, Division of Policy, Economics, Risk Management, and Analytics of the Joint Administrative Operations, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
