WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for Jamaican Kite Swallowtail.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 17 by Madonna Baucum, Regulations and Policy Chief, Division of Policy, Economics, Risk Management, and Analytics of the Joint Administrative Operations, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
