WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; 12-Month Not-Warranted Finding for the Northern California-Southern Oregon Distinct Population Segment of Fisher.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 25 by Brian Nesvik, Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
