WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Receipt of Incidental Take Permit Applications and Proposed Habitat Conservation Plans for the Alabama Beach Mouse; Baldwin County, AL; Categorical Exclusion.
