FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: NORTH DAKOTA PETROLEUM COUNCIL, NORTH DAKOTA; MULTI-PROJECT HABITAT CONSERVATION PLAN FOR THE DAKOTA SKIPPER, DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

WASHINGTON, June 2 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: North Dakota Petroleum Council, North Dakota; Multi-Project Habitat Conservation Plan for the Dakota Skipper, Draft Environmental Assessment.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 2 by Marjorie Nelson, Assistant Regional Director, Ecological Services, Mountain-Prairie Region.
