WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals; Incidental Take During Specified Activities; Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for Southwest Alaska Stock of Northern Sea Otters in Unalaska, Alaska.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 11 by Peter Fasbender, Assistant Regional Director for Fisheries and Ecological Services, Alaska Region, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
