WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals; Incidental Take During Specified Activities; Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for Southeast Alaska Stock of Northern Sea Otters in Angoon, Alaska.
