FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ISSUES RULE: RULES OF PRACTICE

WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Federal Trade Commission has issued a rule called: Rules of Practice.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 24 by April J. Tabor, Secretary.

Summary: The Federal Trade Commission ("Commission" or "FTC") is amending its rules of practice in order to eliminate the agency's post-employment clearance rule.
