WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Federal Reserve System has issued a proposed rule called: Enhanced Transparency and Public Accountability of the Supervisory Stress Test Models and Scenarios; Modifications to the Capital Planning and Stress Capital Buffer Requirement Rule, Enhanced Prudential Standards Rule, and Regulation LL.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Benjamin W. McDonough, Deputy Secretary of the Board.
