WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- Federal Reserve System has issued a notice called: Change in Bank Control Notices; Acquisitions of Shares of a Bank or Bank Holding Company.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 9 by Michele Taylor Fennell, Associate Secretary of the Board.
