FEDERAL RAILROAD ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: ACCIDENT/INCIDENT INVESTIGATION POLICY FOR GATHERING INFORMATION AND CONSULTING WITH STAKEHOLDERS

WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Federal Railroad Administration has issued a rule called: Accident/Incident Investigation Policy for Gathering Information and Consulting With Stakeholders.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by Robert Andrew Feeley, Acting Administrator.
