WASHINGTON, June 22 -- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; New Information Collection: Techniques for Preventing and Enforcing Controlled Substance and Alcohol Violations Among Non-Commercial Driver's License Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers.
