DEL RIO, Texas - A federal jury in Del Rio convicted a Conroe man for enticement of a minor, announced U.S. Attorney Justin R. Simmons for the Western District of Texas.
According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, on May 29, 2025, Brandon Westfall, 26, used an internet dating site to message a user who told him she was 16 years old. Their interactions moved from the dating site to text messages, followed by phone calls and Facetime calls in which Westfall described in detail a number of sexual activities he wanted to engage in with the minor.
