WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations Regarding Management Systems Pertaining to the Fish and Wildlife Service and the Refuge Roads Program.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 19 by Gloria M. Shepherd, Executive Director, Federal Highway Administration.
Summary: FHWA is rescinding the regulations issued on February 27, 2004 on the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Management Systems.
