WASHINGTON, June 22 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a notice called: Public Notice: Design Challenge for National Memorial to Fallen Highway Workers in Work Zones.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 22 by Sean McMaster, Administrator, Federal Highway Administration.
