WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: Supply Chain Risk Management Reliability Standards Revisions; Equipment and Services Produced or Provided by Certain Entities Identified as Risks to National Security.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 23 by Carlos D. Clay, Deputy Secretary.
