FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION UNDER THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT FOR CERTAIN TERMINATIONS OR REVOCATIONS OF WATER POWER LICENSES AND EXEMPTIONS

WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Categorical Exclusion Under the National Environmental Policy Act for Certain Terminations or Revocations of Water Power Licenses and Exemptions.
