WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Tres Palacios Gas Storage LLC; Notice of Scoping Period Requesting Comments on Environmental Issues for the Proposed Tres Palacios Smith Cavern Expansion Project.
