WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Rockies Express Pipeline LLC; Cheyenne Connector, LLC; East Cheyenne Gas Storage, LLC; Notice of Schedule for the Preparation of an Environmental Assessment for the Critical Energy Reliability Link Project.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 16 by Carlos D. Clay, Deputy Secretary.
