WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Idaho Power Company; Notice of Availability of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Hells Canyon Hydroelectric Project.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 10 by Carlos D. Clay, Deputy Secretary.
