WASHINGTON, Oct. 13 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Great Lakes Hydro America, LLC; Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Penobscot Mills and Ripogenus Hydroelectric Projects, Schedule for Environmental Review, and Request for Comments.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 13 by Debbie-Anne A. Reese, Secretary.
