WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: FirstLight MA Hydro LLC; Northfield Mountain LLC: Notice of Availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Turners Falls Hydroelectric and Northfield Mountain Pumped Storage Projects.
