WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Environmental Review of Natural Gas Act Applications; Notice of Availability of Draft Policy Statement on Efficient Environmental Reviews of Natural Gas Project Applications.
