WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC; Notice of Scoping Period Requesting Comments on Environmental Issues for the Proposed Southeast Virginia Energy Storage Project, and Notice of Public Scoping Session.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 16 by Carlos D. Clay, Deputy Secretary.
