WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: City of Thief River Falls Municipal Utilities; Notice of Application Tendered for Filing With the Commission and Soliciting Additional Study Requests and Establishing Procedural Schedule for Relicensing and Deadline for Submission of Final Amendments.
