WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Black Canyon Hydro, LLC; Notice of Intent To Prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Seminoe Pumped Storage Project, Schedule for Environmental Review, and Request For Comments.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Debbie-Anne A. Reese, Secretary.
