The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 9 by Jennifer M. Jones, Deputy Executive Secretary.
Summary: The FDIC is extending the public comment period on the proposed rule "Extensions of Credit to Insiders, " which was published in the Federal Registeron August 6, 2026.
