WASHINGTON, May 15 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Promoting the Integrity and Security of Telecommunications Certification Bodies, Measurement Facilities, and the Equipment Authorization Program.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 15 by Aleta Bowers, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Office of the Secretary.
