WASHINGTON, July 8 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: National Television Multiple Ownership Rule.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 8 by Thomas Horan, Chief of Staff, Media Bureau.

Summary: In this document, the Media Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission seeks to update the record in the National Television Multiple Ownership Rule proceeding, in which the Commission has sought comment whether to modify, retain, or eliminate the 39% national audience reach cap and/or the UHF discount.
