WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Enhancing Know-Your-Upstream-Provider Requirements and Strengthening STIR/SHAKEN (Call Authentication Trust Anchor; Advanced Methods To Target and Eliminate Unlawful Robocalls).

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 9 by Marlene Dortch, Secretary.
