WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a notice called: Seeking Comment on Prohibiting the Importation and Marketing of Certain Foreign-Produced Military-Grade Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and UAS Critical Components for Non-U.S. Government, Including Those With Swarming Capabilities.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 3 by Zenji Nakazawa, Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau.
