WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Special Conditions: Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Model GVII-G400 Airplane; Automatic Speed Protection for Design Dive Speed (Dive Speed Definition).

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Patrick R. Mullen, Manager, Technical Policy Branch, Policy and Standards Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
