WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Policy Clarifying Definition of "Actively Engaged" for Purposes of Inspector Authorization; Correction.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 23 by Hugh J. Thomas, Acting Executive Director, Flight Standards Service.
