WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Amendment of Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range Federal Airways V-108 in the Vicinity of Concord, California.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 3 by Alex W. Nelson, Manager, Rules and Regulations Group.
Summary: This action amends Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal Airway V-108 in the vicinity of Concord, California. The FAA is taking this action due to the planned decommissioning of the Concord VOR/Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) navigational aid (NAVAID) as part of the VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) program.
