WASHINGTON, April 22 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 22 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.

Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for The Boeing Company Model 747-400 series airplanes modified by certain supplemental type certificates (STCs).
