WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Safran Helicopter Engines, S.A. (Type Certificate Previously Held by Turbomeca, S.A.) Engines.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 28 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2024-24-02 for all Safran Helicopter Engines, S.A. (Safran) Model ARRIUS 2F engines.
